portant"; list-style: none; word-break: break-all; line-height: 21px;">HFGEL-170 流变助剂是一款通用性好的易分散有机膨润土。可在油漆涂料制备过程中的任意步骤添加，对生产设备无特殊要求。高剪切和低剪切速率下均表现优良，制备过程中不需要添加极性活化剂即可达到分散要求。
portant"; list-style: none; word-break: break-all; line-height: 21px;">HFGEL-170 在使用时不需要进行研磨，适当的搅拌剪切速率即可满足要求，有时可能需要适当延长搅拌时间，已达到充分分散的目的。
portant"; list-style: none; word-break: break-all; line-height: 21px;">需要注意的是当体系温度较低时加上较低的剪切速率可能会影响HFGEL-170的性能。当体系温度为21°C~35 °C时，加上适当的剪切速率，HFGEL-170即可达到分散状态。但当采用研磨方法时则不需考虑体系温度。

portant"; list-style: none; word-break: break-all; line-height: 21px;">HFGEL-170一般添加量为总体系重量的0.2%-2.0%，具体添加量可根据需要，先经实验室调整后再应用于生产实际。

portant"; list-style: none; word-break: break-all; line-height: 1.8;">HFGEL-170外包装牛皮纸袋，内包装采用聚乙烯薄膜袋的双层包装，或纸袋包装，重量通常为15±0.25kg或按用户要求。干燥条件下存放，温度为0℃～30℃时，质量有效期为24个月。
